The Frontend Developer

In 2023 I got the opportunity to become part of a global coding family of amazing women. Supported by the SheCodes Foundation and taught by Matt Delac, the CEO of SheCodes and an amazing frontend developer from Toulon, France. During this time, I have learned to design my own weather app, a music website. I am currently learning to develop responsive multi-page websites and it is an amazing journey!

The Social Justice Activist

A world where women are free to walk the streets, choose what they want to wear, who they want to be with, how many children they want to have if any, is a world I work towards daily. Women deserve the same opportunities, pleasures and freedoms in this world so that they can be the best versions of themselves. Ending gender-based violence and creating an alternative world for women is a passion I have. I do this work through the organisation I work for, the 1in9 Campaign, a feminist advocacy organisation that works towards building a violent free world for women and children.

The Social Entrepreneur

In my life's journey, the other thing I fell in love with was graphic design. Then through my activism, I discovered silk screening, a form of printing. I was inspired to start my own printing business and shared the skills I had learned with more women. The business is not my full-time job yet but I plan to build it to an empire that will create more job opportunities, in a county where these are dwindling. We also sell PRIDE merchandise to celebrate the LGBTIAQ+ community.
